For Players (All Games)

Gameplay Tracking

  • Record matches played (time, type: scrims / ranked / paid match).
  • Mark win/loss + kills + placement (basic stats).

Content Obligation (IG Story)

  • Each player must post 1 IG Story minimum per day.
  • Content: Gameplay highlight / funny clip / team pic / post-match vibe.
  • Required Tagging: @AutobotzEsports + team hashtag.

For Managers (Each Game)

Daily Responsibilities: Player Monitoring

  • Collect daily player data → matches, wins/loss, kills.
  • Confirm IG story proof (players tagging Org IG).

Match Record (Paid Matches)

  • Track entry fee (if any).
  • Note result (win/loss).
  • Track prize vs cost (profit/loss).

Daily Report Submission (End of Day)

Report must include: Matches played, Total wins/losses, Paid matches data, Screenshot links of player IG stories.

Daily Workflow Timeline

  1. Morning (Before 11 AM) – Manager posts schedule for scrims / matches.
  2. Daytime (11–9 PM) – Players execute gameplay, create clips, post IG story.
  3. Night (Before 11 PM) – Manager compiles data + submits report to central sheet.

Central Control (Head Ops)

  • End of day: Check consolidated sheet.
  • Spot patterns → inactive players, high-performing players, ROI from paid matches.
  • Share weekly performance review with CEO + media team (to create content out of stats & highlights).

Phase 1 – Workstation Setup (Priority: Functionality First)

  • Decide total number of PCs/workstations needed.
  • Finalize PC specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, monitor).
  • Order peripherals (keyboards, mice, headsets, mousepads).
  • Gaming chairs & ergonomic desks.
  • UPS / backup power setup.
  • High-speed internet (primary + backup connection).
  • Cable management (trays, zip ties, ducts).

Phase 2 – Streamers’ Room Setup (Priority: Content Creation Zone)

Phase 4 – Systems & Processes (Priority: Smooth Operations)

  • Central PC monitoring software (track usage, temps).

  • Bootcamp rulebook (content, discipline, timings).

Branding & Sponsorship

  • Outreach list: 20–30 brands (gaming gear, telecom, FnB, lifestyle, fintech).
  • Assign 1–2 managers to send decks + follow up daily.

Phase 2 – Event Days (LAN Execution)

  • Behind-the-scenes (BTS) → travel, setup, bootcamp vibes.

Suggested Split of Responsibilities

  • Team Managers → Player updates, BTS content, report performance.
